1) Baked Lemon Cauliflower

Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2-4


INGREDIENTS:
1 head of cauliflower
2-3 garlic and herbs
2 Tbl lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chili Powder


DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut cauliflower into florets and put in a single layer in an oven-proof baking dish.
2. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
3. Remove cauliflower from oven and add herbs, garlic and sprinkle salt and chilli powder and add some lemon mix it well.
4. Garnish with some corriender. Serve immediately.


 

2) Chana Gobi Masala

Total time-45 mins
Serves-2-4


INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower
2 small onion
2-3 tsp ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies
1 tsp turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and corriander powder
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup boiled chana
Salt to taste


DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut cauliflower into florets and set aside.
2. Saute onions in a pan till it turns transparent.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Fry it for a min.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and corriander powder.Mix well.
5. Add cauliflower florets and chopped tomatoes
6. cover and cook till florets turn tender
7. add boiled chana, salt, garam masala, and water.
8. Cook for 10 min.
9. Garnish with corriander and serve hot.


 

3) Aloo Ghobi

Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2-4


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 full chopped potato
1 cup cauliflower florets
1tbs turmeric powder, salt to taste, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder


DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute chopped onions in a pan
2. When onions turn soft, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
3. Add potato and cauliflower florets in the pan
4. Cover and cook for a few minutes. Add tomato paste, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Cook for more 3-4 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapati.


 

4) Baked Cheezy Cauliflower

Total Time: 45 minutes
Serves: 2-4


INGREDIENTS:
1 Cauliflower
100gm Butter
cumin seeds
Red chilli powder and black pepper
100ml milk
50gm flour
salt to taste
Mustard
chopped green chillies
Cheeze


DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
2. Boil cauliflower florets in water for 5-7 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
3. Melt butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and add red chilli powder.
4. Add milk and plain flour with continuous stirring.
5. Then add salt, pepper and mustard in the pan.
6. Add grated cheese and mix well.
7. Place cauliflower florets and sprinkle remaining sauce on them.
8. Add grated cheese and chopped green chilli. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
9. Serve Hot
